I am looking forward coming back to this beautiful hotel. We stayed during Christmas break, enjoyed every moment. Still I would like to add some recommendations. Tap water in Tux is amazing, tap water could be available with every meal including snack time. Secondly, time to time we had some miscommunication and/non-communication with staff because they could only speak German and unfortunately we do not speak German.

Great hotel with rooftop adults only area. Warm colours, cozy atmosphere, modern lifestyle but still authentic place. Good food, best quality and really nice family. Gym and spa is outstanding, a lot offers & program for free and for everybody. Will definitely come back.
Stayed in this beautifull hotel 22/25.07. Very nice location with a nice view from the balcony over the mountains. The staff is really friendly and received a free room upgrade. The sauna spa is good and the breakfast is nice! Will come back for skiing next time.
Very pricey for glorified guest house. Reception had may be 2 sentences to say and gave us the keys. Later we discover internet connection requires tokens that reception should have given.
Room is okay however for the price and mention of junior suite i would have expected at least new robes for example. Worn out robes were laid on the bed...
Rating changed to 4 as all staff members were very polite and attentive. The reception who was the same lady that attended our table for dinner obviously requires training...
Anyway to summarize this place works on the basis of their repeat customers that have been going there for 30 years plus.. There is no investment to acquire new customers ..

A great stay! Pretty good location, a bit too far from the gondolas, but the shuttlebus departs frequent to the skiresort. Good to excellent food, and nice staff! Big parking lot outside as well as in-house parking.
Great hotel! Very friendly staff! Hotel is 2 bus stops away from Rastkogel and Eggalm. Ski room is plenty big, but not enough accomodations for snowboards. Food is great, vegetarian menu. No vegan menu though.
